What CardioOK is
CardioOK is a personal wellness and tracking application. It helps you track blood pressure readings, medication adherence, and lifestyle factors. It classifies blood pressure ranges and organizes data for sharing with your care team.
What CardioOK is not
- It is not a medical device and is not FDA-cleared or approved.
- It does not diagnose medical conditions.
- It does not recommend treatment, medication, or dosage changes.
- It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Emergency situations
If you experience a hypertensive crisis or any medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on CardioOK for emergency medical decisions.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. You are responsible for decisions about your health made with your healthcare provider. CardioOK is a tool to support those conversations, not replace them.
Limitation of liability
CardioOK is provided "as is" during this preview period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardioOK and its operators are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of the application.
